Memorial service for Scott Mittlieder will be held 1:00 p.m., Saturday, May 6, 2017 at First Church of Nazarene with Pastor Judith England officiating. Scott Mittlieder passed away Thursday, April 27, 2017 at his home in Gillette, WY. He was 16 years old. He was born on October 26, 2000 in Minneola, KS to Todd and Connie Mittlieder. He grew up in Meade, KS until he was 11 then moved to Gillette where he attended Campbell County High School. He enjoyed MMA, working out, playing video games, volunteering, watching Anime and reading Monga. He was a very hard worker and loved his job at Village Inn; he especially enjoyed spending time with his friends and family. He is survived by his mother; Connie Van Woerkom, step-father; Max Van Woerkom, sisters; Shantell Ann Hale (Austin), Tiffany Rose Mittlieder, and Casandra May Mittlieder all of Gillette, grandparents; Eva M. Blanchard of Oklahoma, Edward A. Bilodeau (Linda) of New Mexico, Sammilee R. Van Woerkom of Gillette, WY, nieces and nephews; Keven A. Hale of Kansas, James (Mathew) Mittlieder, Ashana C. Hale, Kenley E. Hale and Deja R. Hale, aunts and uncles; Tracie Juby(Curt), Scott A. Mittlieder all of Gillette, Kathy M. Passmore (Wes), Lucy J. Hodge (James) of Oklahoma, Carol A. Reed of Kansas. He is preceded in death by his father; Todd Aaron Mittlieder, grandparents; Clarence A. (Sonny) and Shirley Mittlieder, aunts and uncles; Sandra M. Sorenson and Leslie R.
