Glen R. Hand age 66 died Thursday, April 6, 2017 at Campbell County Memorial Hospital. Glen R. (Stinchcomb) Hand was born on February 1, 1951 in Anchorage, Alaska to Phyllis Brazeau and Samuel Stinchcomb. Glen attended school in Anchorage and graduated from Anchorage High School in 1969. He later attended Kellogg Community College in Battle Creek, Michigan. Glen married Gail Hand on January 2, 1997. He worked for 25 years as a general mechanic for the Kellogg Company in Battle Creek, MI and upon moving to Wyoming in 2013 he drove "hot shot" deliveries for Tom's Hot Shot Service, Inc; loving the time on the open road. Glen was a professional skydiver for 20 years; teaching first jump classes, packing reserve parachutes, providing demo jumps for special events and taking videos of tandem jumps. He was known as Captain America with his red, white, and blue canopy, jumpsuit, and helmet. Glen was a life member of the NRA and Gillette, WY Gun Club. He had also been a member of the United States Parachute Association. Glen was a motorcycle enthusiast and was in the process of rebuilding a vintage Yamaha. Glen is survived by his wife; Gail Hand of Gillette, WY, stepsons; James (Rachel) Gammons of Springfield, MI, and Gregory (Kim) Gammons of East Leroy, MI, along with his brother; David (Ann) Stinchcomb of Homer, AK.
