Jack Lew Martin

Memorial services for John Lew "Jack"Martin, 72, will be Saturday, January 28, 2017, 11am at Roadway Alliance Church, 811 Hemlock Ave., Gillette, Wy. Jack went to be with the Lord on January 18th, at Close to Home Hospice following a battle with cancer. Jack was born November 4, 1944, in Lake Placid, N Y. He worked in fiber optic communications engineering for many years. In retirement, he loved full-time RV-ing and did RV sales. Jack and Anita were active volunteers in the various churches they attended. Since 2003, Jack has been an active member of the Christian Motorcyclists Association, and in them, found an amazing brotherhood that brought him some of the greatest joy of his life. Remaining to cherish his memory are his devoted wife of 51 years, Anita (VonDell) Martin, his beloved daughter, Gina L. Martin, son-in-law, Michael Johnson, grandson, Garrick Johnson, granddaughter, Arden Johnson, of Athens, NY. , 3 brothers, Anthony of Lake Mary, Fl., James (Jim) of Perdido Key, Fl., and Charles of Saranac Lake, NY. , plus an "adopted grandson", Jordan Bulinski of Apache Junction, Az.
