Chester Wyninger age 73 of Newcastle, Wyoming passed away on Monday, January 16, 2017. Chester was born in Independence, Iowa on February 14, 1943 to Merle Evelyn (Fernau) and Clair E. Wyninger. Chester is survived by his wife, Cheryl of Newcastle, WY, daughter, Sheila Oster of Stafford, VA, step-children, Teresa Scott, Jennifer Reints, and Timothy Reints of Gillette, WY, and Karla Toedter of Annandale, MN, grandchildren, Ayden Oster, John and Clayton Scott, Brooklyn and Alex Toedter and Ashlynn Reints. He is preceded in death by his first wife, Betty Wyninger and his son Lyle Wyninger.
