Memorial service for Jian "Fang" Kitchel will be held 2:00 p.m., Saturday, December 10, 2016 at Jehovah's Witness Kingdom Hall. Internment will take place in Zhanjiang, China. Jian "Fang" Kitchel age 53, of Gillette, WY passed away on November 21, 2016 after a short battle with cancer at Close to Home Hospice with family and close friends by her side. Jian was known as "Fang" by her family and close friends. Jian was born on August 25, 1963 in Zhanjiang, Guangdong Province, China to Shui Bao CHEN and Lian Ying YUAN. Jian worked as an accountant in a local store in Zhanjiang, before coming to the United States in 2011. She met her husband with she was in China and they married on July 5, 2011 in Gillette, WY. While living in Gillette she first worked at China King Buffet, and then at the Great Wall Restaurant. She spoke four Chinese dialects and Cantonese being her native language. Both Jian and her husband loved to travel and taking evening walks. Wherever they travelled Jian made friends so she had developed a large network of friends that she kept in contact with. Jian was also polite to those she met and left a lasting impression. She also loved learning about her God Jehovah and shopping with her nieces. She is survived by her husband; Aaron Kitchel of Gillette, stepson; Adam Kitchel of Gillette, stepdaughter; Christina Kitchel of Gillette, one sister; Jin Wei CHEN of Zhanjiang, China, two brothers; Jin Kong CHEN and Jian Ming CHEN both of Zhanjiang, China and two nephews and two nieces also of Zhanjiang, China.
