Funeral Service for Pauline Fare will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, September 16, 2016 at First Assembly of God Church with Pastor Dan Holden officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Pisgah Cemetery. Visitation will be 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. Thursday, September 15, 2016 at Walker Funeral Home. Pauline E. Fare, age 80, of Gillette, WY died from natural causes. She won her race on September 11, 2016 when she was taken home to be with the Lord. Pauline Elizabeth Fare was born in Parkin, AR on November 3, 1935 to Bill and Beatrice Farmer. She was the oldest of six children. Pauline married LeRoy Fare on September 3, 1952 and they had four children, Paulette, Sharon, Keith and Pam. Pauline and LeeRoy both farmed with Pauline taking care of her gardens. The family looked forward to her hot wonderful dinners (lunches) that she always had ready for LeRoy after a long day of working sun up to sun down. Her homemade biscuits and gravy she made for breakfast made her famous. The family moved to Wyoming in August of 1969, following their dear friends Orvil and Yvonne Holden who had moved to Gillette two years prior. In Campbell County, Pauline drove school bus for 25 years and was proud to be voted driver of the year her final year of driving. For 47 years Pauline was a faithful member of the Frist Assembly of God Church. Pauline loved the town of Wright from its very beginning. She enjoyed entering her vegetables and flowers in the county fair and won numerous ribbons over the years. Pauline loved spending time with her multitude of friends who were faithful to the very end. Pauline is survived by her children, Paulette (Jim) Gardner, Sharon (Warren) Evans, Keith (Blanca) Fare all of Gillette, Steve Osborne of Tyler, TX; sisters, Billie Young of West Memphis, AR, Joy (James) Harrell Proctor, AR, Shirley (J.E.) Lambert of Jonesboro, AR; brother, Richard Farmer of Sheridan, AR; nine grandchildren, Eric Hendrickson, Kelly Hill, Levi Evans, Mark Evans, Paul Evans, Cassie Iverson, Christopher Fare, Matthew Fare, Hannah Osborne ; 10 great grandchildren, Darian, Erica, Tristan, Beckett, Braylon, Trever, Ali, Liam, Abigail and Maddison. She is preceded in death by her parents, Bill and Beatrice Farmer; her husband, LeeRoy Fare; her daughter Pam Osborne, one great grandson Bradley, one sister and one nephew. A memorial has been established in her name to benefit Gideon's Bibles.
