Penny Dee McNair

Funeral Service for Penny D. McNair will be at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, June 7, 2016 at Walker Funeral Home with Pastor Gordon Harper officiating. Burial will immediately follow at Mt. Pisgah Cemetery in Gillette, WY. Penny D. McNair, age 63, of Gillette, WY, passed away June 1, 2016 at University of Utah Hospital in Salt Lake City, UT.She goes on to join her mother and father. Penny lived her life with her arms wide open and as a result left behind a lengthy list of family and friends. She married the love of her life, Edward McNair when they were both just eighteen. Together they raised two children, Christin and Michelle. As her children grew though, Penny began to care for all of the children Christin and Michelle brought to her home. She cooked and bought treats for everyone. Penny treated everyone who came to her home as family and soon her family grew to include many friends. Penny loved cards, which she played ruthlessly, and teddy bears, which even she would say she collected to excess. She drove her Z3 into the hearts of many. Her family will miss her cutthroat card games and marathon monopoly tournaments. Her beloved smile and gentle wit will be greatly missed by all those that loved her.Penny is survived by her loving husband, Edward McNair of Gillette, WY; daughters, Christin McNair of Portland, Oregon and Michelle Wickstrom of Green River, WY ; one granddaughter Kolbi; siblings, Jack Van, Linda Malott, and Valli Kelly.
