Vivian Ellen Addison

A private family burial for Vivian Addison will be held at a later date. Vivian Ellen Addison passed away Monday, February 15, 2016 at Pioneer Manor. Vivian (Butcher) Addison was born on March 10, 1923 to Joseph and Linnie (Doran) in Gillette, Wyoming. Vivian married Russell Addison on January 7, 1948. Two daughters and a son were born to this union. Vivian worked as Campbell County Clerk for 30 years, retiring in 1995. Vivian loved to be outside mowing the lawn, trimming the trees, and raking up leaves. She always had her best buddy Roddy, whistling and working away at her side. Vivian loved all the animals; birds, squirrels, and stray cats. All creatures were precious to her. Vivian is survived by her son; Larry Addison of Greeley, CO, daughters; Linnie (Bud) Watsabaugh of Gillette, WY, and Vivian Widman of Moreno Valley, CA. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; Susie (Roddy) Dudley of Gillette, WY, Laurie (Calvin) Pflaster of Tucson, AZ, Patrick Watsabaugh of Newcastle, WY, Michael Watsabaugh of Gillette, WY, Charles (Sherri) Widman of Moreno Valley, CA, and Kimberly (James) Boessneck of San Jacinto, CA, along with 16 great-grandchildren. Vivian is preceded in death by her parents, her husband; Russell Addison, sisters; Ethel Moore, Irene Hoel, and Linnie Adrian, brothers; Joseph Butcher and George Butcher. The family requests that memorials be made in Vivian's name to Pioneer Manor Activities Fund.
