Ian Dayne Voiles passed away on Friday, November 6, 2015 during an accident while he was working on his car. Ian was born to Jamie Fancher and Matt Voiles on March 7, 1996 in Sheridan, Wyoming. He went to school in Gillette through his sophomore year of high school and then graduated from Arvada-Clearmont High School in 2014. Ian spent most of his time on his Grandma Joy and Grandpa Jeff's ranch in Arvada where he and his younger brother Lane always found ways to entertain themselves. Whether it was hunting the many acres for deer, antelope, elk, prairie dogs, coyotes, rabbits or any other animal that crossed their trail or fishing the mighty Powder River, they could always be seen having fun. However, they were always willing to take a break to help neighbors or friends with anything that needed to be done. Even if it was fencing. Ian hated to fence. Ian did love to ride, everything; whether it was dirt bikes, snowmobiles, four-wheelers, motorcycles, broncs, or bulls, if it could be ridden or driven, he did. During his years in high school, Ian developed a love for welding and metal work. It seemed he could make any piece of metal into something great. Many of us have been blessed with a gift that has been handmade by him. Ian is survived by his dad, Matt (Patsy) Voiles and three brothers, Lane 18, Trevor 7, and Grady 2 of Rozet, WY; step-dad, Andy (Jennifer) Fancher of Gillette, WY; Grandparents Jeff Sorenson of Arvada, WY, Claude (Kathy) Voiles of Recluse, WY, Roger (Joyce) Goodman of Coalstrip, MT and Helen Beach of Tucson, AZ; Aunts and Uncles, Tiffany (Mike) Greear, Kim (Kale) Kretschman, Kelly (Chris) O'Loughlin, LeeAnn (Joe) Babel, Josh Goodman and Jason (Rose) Goodman; numerous great aunts, great uncles and cousins. He is preceded in death by his mother Jaime Fancher and Grandmother Joy Voiles. The family requests that memorials be made in Ian's name to the Arvada-Clearmont School Ag Department.
