Funeral Service for Daniel M. Graber will be at 10:00a.m., Monday, September 28, 2015 at Gillette Memorial Chapel with Pastor Gordon Harper officiating and full military honors provided by American Legion Post 42 Honor Guard. Interment will follow at Mt. Pisgah Cemetery. Visitation will be 5:00 p.m. to 7:00p.m. on Sunday, September 27, 2015 at Gillette Memorial Chapel. Daniel Morgan Graber, age 66, of Gillette, WY gained his angel wings Tuesday September 22, 2015 at Campbell County Health due to a massive cardiac event. Dan was born in Glendive, Montana on November 08, 1948 to Violet Graber. He grew up on a small farm in North Eastern Montana where he enjoyed participating in FFA, band, and choir in his high school days at Culbertson High School. Dan married the love of his life JoAnne Lybarger on June 30, 1973 in Deadwood, S.D. JoAnne brought two boys to the union making the family complete. Dan enjoyed stock car racing and watching NASCAR. He was known as a great mechanic. Dan's lifelong career was a long haul truck driver, until 2001 when MS took away his mobility and he was unable to walk. Dan never met a stranger in his life. Dan is survived by his wife of 42 years, JoAnne; sons Rick (Gina) Lybarger of Gillette, WY, Dan (Janie) Lybarger of Cedar Hill, TX; sisters, Sarah Damm of Helena, MT, Martha (Chet) Rudolph of McCabe, MT; brother, Bert (Regina) Damm of Billings, MT; grandchildren, Brenden and Gianna of Gillette, WY along with many nieces and nephews. Dan is preceded in death by his parents Violet Graber Damm and Henry Damm of Culbertson, MT.A memorial has been established in Dan's name to benefit the MS Society or a charity of your choice.
