Memorial services for Beverly Keys (Kuhrt) will be held 11:00 a.m., Friday, August 11, 2015 at First Assembly of God, Pastor Dan Holden officiating. Beverly D. Keys age 85, passed away of natural causes on Wednesday, September 2, 2015 at Pioneer Manor in Gillette, Wyoming. Beverly (Muhe) Keys was born on May 7, 1930 in Sioux City, Iowa to Viola (Copple) and Herman Muhe. Beverly attended school in Sioux City, Iowa. She married Bruce Groves in the 40's and together the couple had a son; Ron. Beverly married Albert Kuhrt in 1952 and the couple had 2 sons; Albert Jr. and Bill and daughter; Starla. The couple later divorced. Beverly met Bud Schadegg and they married in 1985, and she was widowed in 2001. While her children were young Beverly enjoyed being a housewife. She later went on to work for the City of Gillette as a Meter Maid, and then worked as a Teacher's Aide for the School District. Beverly was heavily involved in her religion for the past 25 years and all the events with First Assembly of God Church. She was supporter of many missionaries and donated to church fund raisers. While living in Kimball, Nebraska; she taught Sunday School and Bible Study and was also a custodian. Beverly was involved with making prayer blankets while living in Gillette. She had many hobbies and interests that included; attending church, reading the bible, playing bingo, going to garage sales, bowling and playing softball in her younger years, and watching her children in school sports through the years. Beverly is survived by her sons; Ron (Sharon) Groves and Bill (Sue) Kuhrt, daughter; Starla Kuhrt all of Gillette, Wyoming, brothers; Herman (Treva) Muhe of Wisconsin and Robert Muhe of Colorado, along with five grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild. She is preceded in death by her parents; Viola (Copple) and Herman Muhe, son; Albert Kuhrt, grandson; Shawn Groves, sister; Billie Dove Rasmussen and brothers; Bruce Muhe and Jack Muhe. The family requests that memorials be made in Beverly's name to the Pioneer Manor Bingo Fund.
