Barrie Kathleen Pfeiffer

A celebration of Life for Barrie K. (Staeden) Pfeiffer will be held at 2:00p.m. Friday, July 3, 2014 at her home, #12 Woolsey Peak Road, Gillette, WY . Barrie K. Pfeiffer, age 50, of Gillette, WY, passed away on June 27, 2015 at Campbell County Memorial Hospital. Barrie Kathleen (Staeden) Pfeiffer was born on November 26, 1964 to Erwin and Evelyn (Wheeler) Staeden in Roswell, New Mexico. She spent her younger years in Roswell and graduated from Goddard High School in 1982. Barrie and Cletus were high school sweethearts and married on November 5, 1981 in Roswell, New Mexico. They spent 33 wonderful years together and had three wonderful children born to their union Shawn, Shannon and Sandra. Barrie was a very simple, loving and caring woman. She was funny and enjoyed the simple things in life. Growing vegetables and planting various plants and flowers was a passion of hers. Barrie also was fond of bowling, swimming, camping, painting, drawing and traveling out of town. The most important aspect of her life was spending time with family and she never missed an opportunity to go shopping for her grandchildren. Barrie is survived by her loving husband of 33 years Cletus Pfeiffer; son, Shawn Pfeiffer; daughters, Shannon (Chris) Dinkel, Sandra (Aron) Morris; grandchildren, Baylee, Dax, Zoei, Cam; sisters, Carol Staeden, Dana (Tony) Cortinas; brothers, Even (Catherine) Staeden, Scott (Gence) Staeden; in-laws, Gale Pfeiffer, Vernon and Joan Smith; nephews, Matthew, Lawrence, Triston; Nieces, Ashley, Nicole, Elizabeth, Emily.She is preceded in death by her parents, Evelyn, Erwin and Gale Pfeiffer.Memorials and Condolences may be sent to the family in Barrie's name in care of Walker Funeral Home 410 Medical Arts Court Gillette, WY Y 82716.
