JUDY WAS BORN JANUARY 23, 1967 IN ARMOUR, SD TO RICHARD AND DELORES HAKL OF LAKE ANDES, SD AS THE YOUNGEST OF FIVE CHILDREN KIM, MARK, MARY BETH, ROBERT AND JUDY. SHE GREW UP AND GRADUATED FROM ANDES CENTRAL HIGH SCHOOL IN 1985. JUDY WENT ON TO ATTEND THE UNIVERSITY OF NEBRASKA, SCHOOL OF TECHNICAL AGRICULTURE IN CURTIS, NE AND WORKED IN VETINARY CLINICS THROUGHOUT SOUTH DAKOTA AND NEBRASKA. SHE ALSO ATTENDED THE NORTHEAST COMMUNITY COLLEGE OF NORFOLK NEBRASKA FOR MEDICAL TECHNOLOGY. SHE MOVED TO GILLETTE, WY WHERE SHE WORKED AS A MEDICAL TRANSCRIPTIONIST FOR CAMPBELL COUNTY MEMORIAL HOSPITAL AND WAS CURRENTLY EMPLOYED AS OFFICE MANAGER FOR THE ALTFILLISCH MINING SERVICE, INC. JUDY LOVED SPENDING TIME WITH HER DAUGHTERS, GRANDSONS, RAISING DOGS, CROCHETING, 4 WHEELING, AND FISHING IN THE BIG HORN MOUNTAINS. JUDY LEAVES BEHIND TWO DAUGHTERS, JACKY MARTIN OF GILLETTE, WY AND AMELIA HAKL OF SPENCER, NE.
