Esther Belle Clarke was born November 23, 1940 in Gillette, Wyoming to Donald Wayne Clements and Colleen Belle Clements. Esther was raised in Bell Creek, Montana with her parents and brothers Otice Clements, Eugene Clements and John Clements. She also spent time living with her grandmother Marie Clements where many fond memories developed. Esther moved to Gillette in her teens staying with various relatives. During that time she met the absolute and only true love of her life, Glen Clark. The two of them were married on January 6, 1958 in South Dakota. From the marriage came four children; Dianna L. (Clark) Murphy, Daryle L. Clark, Dean L. Clark, and Stephany C. (Clark) Erb. They made their first home as hired hands for ranches in the community until they purchased property south of Gillette on Teckla Rt. Esther's Teckla route community family was always very special to her. Esther was very involved with her community while raising her family and working on the ranch. She served as a 4-H leader for several years, was a member of local ladies clubs, worked with the school district, and even chaperoned for the FFA during state fair. In 1978 Esther and Glen moved to the northern area of Campbell County and became members of the Adon road community family. This was a great blessing in Esther and Glen's lives. At this point in her life, she and Glen were able to enjoy many things which included traveling to various places and travel they did. On January 12, 1992 Esther lost the love of her life and from that time forward her heart was always in waiting for the time when she would be reunited with Glen. Despite the difficulties, she continued spending time with family and friends, traveling, staying in Arizona, and making an occasional trip to Deadwood. Her grandchildren were her pride and joy and she was so proud of all of them. She had the ability to make each one feel like they were her favorite and they were. Esther is survived by her children; Dianna (Tom) Murphy, Stephany (Rick) Erb, Daryle Clark, and Dean (Kristi) Clark, along with her grandchildren; TC (Brittnay) Murphy, Alicia Murphy, Reann (Terry) Archibald, Guy Erb, Randee Erb, Ashley Clark, and Kory Clark, and brothers; Otice Clements and John Clements. She is preceded in death by her husband; Glen Clark, her parents Donald and Colleen Clements and brother; Eugene Clements. The family requests that memorials be made in Esther's name to Family Life Church or Close to Home Hospice House.
