Memorial Services for Micheal Butts will be held at 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, September 30, 2014 at Walker Funeral Home, Pastor Ernie Bishop officiating. Micheal Eugene Butts, 57, of Gillette, WY died Friday, September 26, 2014 of cancer at Campbell County Memorial Hospital with his family by his side. Micheal was born in Upton, Wyoming on February 21, 1957 to Thelma Faye (Boudish) and Calvin Dale Butts. Micheal was a private in the Army and was Honorably Discharged in April 1976. Micheal was bless with two sons; Anthony Norris and Kyle Butts, and one daughter; Cherry McKnight. He worked many years as a truck driver and most recently he worked for True Tech Production, he loved his job. Micheal was very proud grandpa to his grandsons; Tyler Norris, Connor Shaw, Quinten Butts, and Remington Evans. He was also loved all of his animals and treated them like they were his children. Micheal was a friend to everyone he met. He considered all of his friends as his own family. He had the kindest heart and never turned anyone away. He was always willing to help everyone and never asked for anything in return. He enjoyed playing computer games in his spare time. Micheal was also blessed to have Herb Bacon and Jessica Bishop as his friends; they were there to help him. Micheal is survived by his sons; Anthony Norris and Kyle Butts, daughter; Cherry McKnight, grandsons; Tyler Norris, Connor Shaw, Quinten Butts, and Remington Evans, sisters; Pamela Sue Coop and Myra Lea Hewey. He is preceded in death by his parents; Calvin Butts and Thelma Spain, brother; Roger Butts, and sister; Janis Ledbetter.
