Karen Dunbar

Karen "Bud" Dunbar, age 67, of Gillette, WY passed away at Pioneer Manor on May 20, 2014 in Gillette, WY with her family by her side. A private Family Service will take place at a later date. Karen "Bud" Dunbar was born to Frank and Rose Rizzuto in Omaha, NE on August 6, 1946. She spent her younger years in Omaha, NE before the family moved to Alva, WY. She finished her high school education at Hulett High School. She married John Dunbar on July 10, 1964, the couple divorced. Karen loved to collect sheet music and was a jazz enthusiast. She enjoyed the time she spent playing the piano. Karen is survived by her daughter Susan (Bill) Marshall of Gillette, WY; sons Neil Dunbar of Gillette, Wy, John (Patty) Dunbar of Oak Harbor, WA, Josh Dunbar of Gillette, WY; nephew Mike(Debbie) Fish of Gillette, WY; Niece Tina Fish of Aladdin, WY; 6 grandchildren Devin, Nelson, Collin, Cece, Nick, Dagan; 4 great grandchildren Shea, Jayden, Harlee and Reagan. She is preceded in death by her parents; daughter Tammy Granstrom, Sister Anita Fish; nephew Brad Fish.A memorial has been established to benefit National MS Society Colorado/Wyoming Chapter, 2112 Evans Ave., Cheyenne, WY 82001.
