Kimberly Fischer, age 50 passed away on May 1, 2014 at the Campbell County Memorial Hospital.Kimberly Lynn Fischer was born on September 11, 1963 to Gordon and June Roe in Washington D.C. She grew up in Fairfax, VA and Casper, WY. Kim attended Manor Heights Elementary, East Jr. High and graduated from Kelly Walsh High School in 1981. She went on to earn her associates degree in accounting. After graduation Kim began working at an accounting firm in Great Falls, MT, she later worked at Don's in Wright, WY. Kim had many hobbies including gardening, reading, photography, cooking, sketching, being outside boating, fishing and four wheeling. She loved the nights of slumber parties spent with her grandchildren. Kim created her own website, Art for A Cure.net to benefit the mastocytosis Society. She was always so full of life and so much fun to be around. She was known for bizarre sense of humor and her love of practical jokes. Kim's greatest joy in life was time spent with her family, especially her grandkids. She loved to make up stories at bedtime for them like the story of Herman the Giraffe. Kim had recently started a children's book with Herman as the leading character. She recently found a new talent of drawing. After her diagnosis with mastocytosis, she said her drawing soothed her mind and calmed her spirit. Kim also became very thankful for the smallest blessings in life, things that she had taken for granted before. Her advice to everyone was "live in the moment, be thankful for ALL things and love one another unconditionally."Kim is survived by her husband Tim Fischer of Gillette, WY; her Parents Gordon and June Roe of Casper, WY; Sons Richie Hughes, Michael Lepley, Scotty Fischer all of Gillette; daughters Kelcie Hughes, Staci (Corey) Thompson, Stephanie Fischer all of Gillette; brother Doug (Judy) Roe of Tampa, FL; sister Sherri (David) Johnson of Longview, TX; and six grandchildren.
