Funeral Services for Patsy Percifield will be held Saturday, March 8, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. at Family Life Church in Gillette, Wyoming with Pastor Marty Crump officiating. Burial to follow at Mount Pisgah Cemetery, Gillette, Wyoming. Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Friday, March 7, 2014 at Gillette Memorial Chapel. Patsy Ruth Percifield was born on August 11, 1933 in Drumright, Oklahoma to Harrison and Cleo (Clark) Basnett. While growing up Patsy attended school in Oklahoma and Colorado. Patsy married the love of her life Ralph Percifield on February 6, 1950, in Gillette, Wyoming. She worked at various locations around the Gillette area. Patsy was special to everyone who knew her. She was the heart of the family that kept everyone going, and she never forgot a birthday. Patsy had many interests including: playing cards with her friends, and attending all her grandkids and great-grandkids events. She was also a devoted member of the Moose Lodge and the local Aerie of the Eagles. Pasty is survived by her children; Bette Jo (Tooter) Rogers, Johnny (Sherry) Percifield, Debbie (Tom) Burke, Kay (Kenton) Riggle, Julie (Mike) Connally, Cindy (Greg) Gill. Grandchildren; Tanya Daniels, Tammy Ellenwood, Ty Rogers, Gabe Gill, Gina Dewey, Samantha Gardner, Brian Percifield, Bob Percifield, Travis Connally, Trent Connally, Toby Connally, Todd Connally, Jesse Riggle, and Andy Riggle. Sister; Jackie Lightfoot, and 25 Great-Grandchildren. Patsy was preceded in death by her husband Ralph, her parents and three brothers. Memorials are suggested to benefit Relay for Life, The Moose Lodge, or the Fraternal Order of Eagles.
