Anthony James 'TJ' Wood

Memorial services for Anthony James "T.J." Wood will be held at 1:00p.m., Wednesday, December 11, 2013 at Walker Funeral Home with Ernie Bishop from Church of Christ officiating. T.J. Wood age 27, of Gillette WY, died early December 3, 2013 in Gillette. TJ was born in Midland, TX on November 26th 1986 to Jim and Sandra Wood. TJ traveled around the country with his family until the age of four when the family settled in Gillette, WY. TJ attended and graduated from Gillette schools. He continued his education at the Gillette College followed by a year at Purdue. TJ was very educated in computer science and at the time of his death he was employed for Northwest Precision. TJ worked as a machinist and computer operator to fabricate gun parts, and hewas becoming very proficient with firearms. TJ loved the Bighorn Mountains and also enjoyed camping with his family and friend Tyler. He also spent hour's skyping with his Australian friend Chloe. TJ was planning a two year "walk-a-bout" in Australia this February. TJ is survived by his Father Jim and Stepmother Cindy of Gillette; his Mother Sandra and Stepfather Jimi Onstott of Milltown, Indiana; his brother Ken and wife Callie of Gillette; his maternal Grandmother Carolyn Scarboro of Denver, CO; his stepbrothers Justin and Jason Gearhart both of Buffalo; his stepbrothers Doug, Brad, and stepsister Leah all of Indiana. TJ is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. TJ is preceded in death by his paternal Grandmother Carol Wood and Aunt Sandy Wood both of Colorado Springs CO, his maternal Grandfather Don Scarboro of Denver, CO.
