Linda Lee Clark, age 71, of Pine Haven, Wyoming died Wednesday, March 20, 2013 at the Close to Home Hospice House in Gillette, WY. Linda was born in Imperial, Nebraska on August 6, 1941 the daughter of Ivan and Olive (Williams) Satchell. Linda lived in Imperial until the fifth grade, and then attended country school. She attended high school in Imperial while staying with relatives during the week. Linda graduated from Chase County High School in 1959 and then attended Cosmetology School in Cheyenne, WY and took the Wyoming and Nebraska Boards. She worked as a beautician from 1960 1963. Linda met Sid Clark after he was discharged from the Marines in 1960 and the couple was married in 1963. After Sid became a Game Warden they lived in Laramie, Newcastle, Tensleep and Moorcroft. Linda and Sid lived in Moorcroft from 1971 to 1995 and then moved to Pine Haven after Sid retired in 1995. Linda worked as a Special Education Secretary for twenty-five years in Crook County and retired in 2003. She enjoyed golfing, sewing, and crafts. Linda was a member of the Beta Sigma Phi sorority, Keyhole Country Club, and Friends of the Library.Linda is survived by daughters: Vicki Clark of Morrill, NE; Jodi Clark of Moorcroft, WY; Jami Selfe of Moorcroft, WY; brothers: Doug (Karen) Satchell of Billings, MT; Bill (Jan) Satchell of Palermo; granddaughters: Courtney and Colby Hemphill, great-grandsons: Tyson and Tayvin; her beloved poodle, Tuffie; and by many nieces and nephews.She was preceded in death by Sid, her husband of 50 years, both parents, both in-laws and a neice.Memorials and condolences may be sent in Linda's name in care of Walker Funeral Home, 410 Medical Arts Court, Gillette, Wyoming 82716 Condolences may also be sent via the website www.walkerfuneralhome.com.Funeral Home:Gillette Memorial Chapel210 West Fifth Street Gillette, WYUS 82716
