A memorial service will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Monday, December 19, 2011, at the Campbell County Senior Center with Rev. Gordon Harper officiating.Longtime Campbell County, Wyoming resident Donald Eugene Roesler, 72, died Friday, November18, 2011, at his home in Gillette of natural causes.Donald was born October 11, 1939, in Glendive, Montana to Christian August Roesler and Christina Adina Roesler. He married Wanda I. Niswender on March 24, 1962 in Gillette, Wyoming and had two sons. Donald owned Roesler Trucking in Gillette, Wyoming for many years after moving to Gillette from his home in Montana in 1959 to work in the area's first oil boom.He was preceded in death by his wife of 48 years, his son, Steven, brother Larry, and his parents. Donald is survived by his son, Eric (Angela), Gillette, Wyoming, 2 brothers: Ray (Cathy) Roesler of Miles City, Montana and Ken (Jean) Roesler, Gillette, Wyoming and 2 sisters: Betty (Larry) Heick, of New England, North Dakota and Barb Lestar of Gillette, Wyoming, and 4 granddaughters and 2 grandsons, many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
