Memorial service for Deborah Lynn Krueger will be held at 1:00 p.m., Monday, December 19, 2011 at Prince of Peace Lutheran Church with Pastor Tom Frey officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Pisgah Cemetery. Our family is humbly honored, yet heavy hearted, in sharing this tribute in honoring the life of Deborah "Debi" Krueger. A wife, a mother, a grandmother, a daughter, a sister and a beloved friend. A community member and beyond. Deb was born on March 29, 1954 and died December 14, 2011 at the Wyoming Medical Center at 2:15 am due to complications following a heart surgery. Debi was the oldest of three children. Debi graduated from Jamestown High School in North Dakota in 1972 and North Dakota School of Science in 1974 as a Dental Assistant. She then worked for Dr. Hoffman in Jamestown in 1976. Deb later worked for the First Community Credit Union from 1976 to 1991. They then moved to Gillette, Wyoming where she was employed at the Campbell County Sheriff's Office from November of 1993 until the time for her death. Deb has gracefully blessed so many lives in her all too short time with us. Deb was an integral part of her family and community. She will deeply be missed, but will indeed forever live through the many lives she so deeply touched. Debi was never shy with her love for others. Much like a living angel, Debi selflessly gave all of her love, time, home, and complete self to her family and to the world. She opened her heart and home to those in need. We all know firsthand how amazingly supportive and truly special this community "family" is. Deb truly was God's own Angel on Earth. Thus, in suddenly losing someone who has graciously touched so many lives as Deb has is losing a piece of what creates tranquility in everyday life. Only faith can fill that void knowing God has called Deb to a cause much greater than what can be accomplished in this world. Deb's love for life and especially for her family was permanent in how she chose to spend her days. She truly loved nothing more than being a grandmother and dedicated her life to her family. We truly believe that Deb is in God's Kingdom continuing to shine her love and guidance for not only her family that she adored and loved but for everyone that had a place in her life and heart.Deb is survived by her husband, Rick; two children: Heather Holdren and Alison Dymond and three grandchildren: Logan Dymond, Mykhia Dymond and Madyson Holdren all of Gillette, Wyoming; her parents: Clarence and Melva Oak of Jamestown, North Dakota; brothers: Kevin Oak of Detroit Lakes, Minnesota and Ricky Oak of Tigard, Oregon.
