Barbara Ann Booth

Memorial services for Barbara Ann Booth will be held at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, November 29, 2011 at Gillette Memorial Chapel with Kenna Rose officiating. Barb Booth, age 69, of Gillette, Wyoming died on Tuesday, November 22, 2011 at her home of natural causes.Barb Booth was born on September 24, 1942 the daughter of Hibbard and Helen Keifert in Los Angeles, California. At a young age her parents divorced and she was raised by her parents Fred and Helen Smith. Barb married Bobby Booth on October 20, 1980 in Keystone, South Dakota and the couple made their home in Pine Haven, Wyoming. After Bobby passed away she moved to Gillette, Wyoming in 2006. Barb loved to spend time with her family and friends. She enjoyed watching Nascar, reading, playing games, dancing and keeping in touch with everyone on her computer. Barb was a florist for 16 years, was a bartender, worked at the Campbell County Landfill, and owned the Keg III until she retired. She collected many friends along the way as she never met anyone that she didn't make a friend. Barb will be greatly missed by all of her family and friends. She was an active member of the Eagles. Barb is survived by her parents, Fred and Helen Smith of Rapid City, South Dakota; children: Cyndee Berman and Kathy Berman both of Fort Myers Beach, Florida, Patsy Berman of Gillette, Wyoming, David (Laura) Booth Jr. of Sterling, Colorado, Mark Booth of Pine Haven, Wyoming and James (LuAnn) Booth of Lakewood, Colorado; brothers: Monty (Ruthie) Smith of Tabor, South Dakota and Bud (Arlene) Booth of San Diego, California ; sisters Connie (Bob) Ewing of Rapid City, South Dakota and Pam Cannell of Walnut Grove, Missouri; 16 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.She was preceded in death by her father, Hibbard Keifert; husband, Bob Booth; 2 step sons: Michael and Phillip Booth.Memorials and condolences may be sent in Barb's name in care of Gillette Memorial Chapel, 210 W. 5th Street, Gillette, Wyoming 82716 or condolences via the internet at www.gillettememorialchapel.com.Funeral Home:Gillette Memorial Chapel210 West Fifth Street Gillette, WYUS 82716
