Kyle Christopher Kirk

A private family funeral service for Kyle C. Kirk has taken place at St. Matthew's Catholic Church with Father Cliff Jacobson as celebrant. Upon Kyle's wishes cremation has followed the funeral service and his cremated remains will be scattered at a later date in his favorite space.Kyle Christopher Kirk was born on December 30, 1994 to Christopher R. "Chris" and Jerri A. (Woslager) Kirk in Laramie, Wyoming.Kyle, age 16 passed away at the Campbell County Memorial Hospital in Gillette, Wyoming on Friday, November 11, 2011 from injuries he received in a one vehicle accident.Kyle moved to Gillette in 2002 to live with his father. He attended Twin Spruce Jr. Hr and Campbell County High School and recently transferred to Westwood. Kyle was excited about his new school and looked forward to meeting new friends. Kyle will be remembered for his kindness, unconditional love, compassion, his willingness to help others especially his grandmother, " Nona". Kyle enjoyed his independence but always remembered to say "I love you" to his father when he left for school or to hang out with his friends. Kyle's devotion to his family was evident when he would care for his father when he was ill. He worried about his two sisters whom he missed and loved very much. Kyle was great at taking care of his two dogs and cat, Molly, Murphy and Matilda. They would always sleep with Kyle and he made sure that they were well care for. Kyle was an avid skateboarder that spent numerous hours practicing his skill. His passion as a young man was to be with his friends and just "hang out'. Kyle was very intelligent with a great sense of humor, he loved to read and watch action/comedy movies with his dad. He and his dad truly enjoyed hunting and fishing together. Kyle's favorite place to be with his father was at the "Country".Kyle is survived by his father, Christopher Kirk of Gillette, WY; his mother, Jerri Wosloager of Great Falls, MT; his two sisters, Kyra A. Kirk of Polson, MT; Rheanna J. Kirk of Great Falls, MT, Cliff and Geri Kirk, paternal grandparents, of Gillette, WY; Karen and Jon Lindstrom, maternal grandparents of Gillette, WY; Jerry and Herbie Woslager, maternal grandparents, of Colorado Springs, CO; favorite Uncle Andy Kirk, his aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
