Funeral service for Virginia "Jenny" (Swecker) Dodd will be at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, September 6, 2011 at Walker Funeral Home, Gillette, WY with Vicki Kissack as Celebrant. Burial to follow at Mt. Pisgah Cemetery, Gillette, WY. Visitation will be from 4:00-8:00 p.m., Monday, September 5, 2011 at Walker Funeral Home. Virginia "Jenny" Dodd age 23, formerly of Gillette, WY passed away August 25, 2011 at Pitt County Memorial Hospital in Greenville, NC. Virginia "Jenny" Marie Swecker was born in Gillette, Wyoming August 19, 1988, the daughter of Roy E. and Cinnamon M. (Robinson) Swecker Jr. She attended Sage Valley Jr. High and Campbell County High School. As a young girl she enjoyed snowboarding, boating, video games and camping with her family.Jenny married Tony Dale Dodd, August 4, 2008, they have two daughters. Jenny and Tony moved to North Carolina in 2009, where Tony is stationed with the U.S. Marine Corp.Jenny was a loving caring mother who enjoyed traveling and activities with her children and family. She enjoyed music and socializing with her friends and family.Jenny is survived by her husband Tony Dodd of Sundance, WY; daughters, Cora Ann Roemmich, Peyton Marie Dodd, and Teagan Dawn Dodd; father, Roy E. Swecker Jr. of Gillette, WY; mother, Cinnamon M. Swecker of Forsyth, MT; brother, William B. Swecker of Gillette, WY; grandparents, Bobbie and Step-grandfather Norman Schnaible of Gillette, WY; William and step-grandmother Mary Robinson of Gillette, WY; Geoffery and Jerhetta Bloxom of Gillette, WY; Roy E. Swecker Sr. of Billings, MT; aunt and uncles, Cathy Alleman, Donna Morfeld, Devin Vance and Amelia Robinson all of Gillette, WY; Dixie Olvera of Billing, MT; Bryan Swecker of Texas; Jason Swecker of Gillette, WY; Jon Swecker of Billings, MT; and numerous cousins.
