Aryanna Reachel Jacobson

Aryanna Reachel Jacobson-Holmes born May 3, 2011 at 11:21 a.m., to her mother, Lynda Jacobson and father, Jeremaya Holmes; very proud grandpa, John Jacobson; very proud grandma, Wanda Holmes; uncle, Monte Jacobson; and great grandparents, Linda and James Jacobson. At birth she was one pound eight ounces and eight inches long. Aryanna fought so hard and we are so proud of her. She stayed strong for us just as we stayed strong for her. Her journey wasn't the easiest nor the longest, but it meant more than any other. Have fun in your sandbox in heaven our baby girl. We will always miss, love and cherish you. We will meet again Aryanna. Aryanna passed away on May 11, 2011, due to illnesses that are expected with premature babies. She came three and a half months early. When she passed she was eight days old. Aryanna you will always be in our hearts and in our thoughts.
