Funeral services for longtime resident of Campbell County, Pamela B. Osborne will be at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, August 31, 2010 at the First Assembly of God Church in Gillette, Wyoming with Pastor Dan Holden officiating. Burial will follow in the Mt. Pisgah Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m., Monday, August 30, 2010 at the Walker Funeral Home, 410 Medical Arts Court, Gillette, Wyoming. Pamela B. Osborne, age 48 passed away on Wednesday, August 25, 2010 at the Campbell County Memorial Hospital in Gillette, Wyoming of an unknown cause at this time. Pamela had suffered chronic back pain for several years. Pamela Beatrice Osborne was born on September 6, 1961 to Lee Roy and Pauline (Farmer) Fare in West Memphis, Arkansas. She moved to Campbell County with her family when she was eight years old and resided on the Durham Buffalo Ranch near Reno Junction. Pam attended a country school south of Reno Junction and graduated from Campbell County High School in 1980. After graduation, Pam attended Christ for the Nation Institute in Dallas, Texas. She moved back to Gillette to be near her family where she met the love of her life Steven Osborne while employed with Daniels Construction at Coal Creek Coal Mine. The couple was married on February 26, 1982 at the Prairie View Assembly of God Church in Wright, Wyoming. In May of 1986 Hannah Osborne was born. They made their home in the Wright area while Pamela stayed at home to raise their daughter Hannah until moving to Gillette in 1987. Pam taught her daughter how to show horses, which she loved was a member/ show manager of the Wyoming Quarter Horse Association. She also attended the First Assembly of God Church. Pam enjoyed spending time with her many friends and family and especially enjoyed her many friends on Facebook. Pam loved animals and her greatest endeavor was Doberman Rescue. Her Dobeys, Jasmine, Oakley and Tommy Boy wait for her at the Rainbow Bridge. When her daughter was older, Pam returned to work where she was a clerk for numerous years at the Antelope Valley Quick shop near her home. Pam later worked for the Mulligan Trailer Sales as a bookkeeper. Pam is survived by her husband, Steven Osborne of Gillette, WY; her daughter, Hannah Osborne of Tyler, Texas; her mother, Pauline Fare of Gillette, WY; her brother, Keith (Blanca) Fare of Gillette, WY; her two sisters, Paulette (Jim) Gardner of Gillette, WY; Sharon (Warren) Evans of Gillette, WY; numerous nieces and nephews; plus her best friend and Hannah's godmother Martha Edwards. She was preceded in death by her father. Pamela's family will miss her greatly, but knowing she is free from pain gives us comfort.
