At the time of his birth the family was living on the family homestead west of Arminto, WY in a dugout. Later the family lived in various oil camps in Arminto, Powell, Meeteetse, Riverton, and Thermopolis. He began driving trucks in the oil field at age 16 with his father. They had one child as a couple. In 1963, he married Deloris Sue Fiske in Casper. They had four children as a couple. Orin loved spending time with his family and spent many vacations and days off camping, fishing or driving through the country side sharing his many discoveries of this wonderful state. He loved Wyoming and was a true native having lived in, worked or traveled to just about every nook and cranny of the state. His greatest pride came in watching his children and grandchildren grow. He was their biggest fan and was always there to support in the good times and bad. He greeted everyone he knew with a hug or a handshake. Other interests included collecting die cast replica trucks, visiting and riding on old steam locomotives and completing projects with his family. He spent the majority of his working life as a truck driver in the oil fields of Wyoming. He worked for such companies as B.F.
