Billie Lazzaretti

Billie Jeanne Lazzaretti 56, of Wright, Wyoming battled cancer for fourteen years and won on November 11, 2008. She was born to Fannie (Dorman) and Dick Stull in Sterling, Colorado on January 13, 1952. She was a graduate of Wray High School in Wray, Colorado. After she graduated she attended college in Denver, Colorado and received a business degree. She married David Lazzaretti, her husband of 37 years in Yuma, Colorado. The family moved to Wright, Wyoming where she has spent the last thirty years. They had three children Shawn Lazzaretti of Newcastle, Wyoming, Jody Christopherson of Gillette, Wyoming, and Katie Lazzaretti of Wright, Wyoming. She worked close to twenty years at Thunder Basin Coal Company. She enjoyed sewing, quilting, crocheting, and spending time with friends and family. Her true loves were her grandchildren: Tylor, Tannor, Tashawna Lazzaretti and Cally and Blane Christopherson. Billie was preceded in death by her mother and father. A memorial service will be held on January 13, 2009 at the Wright Town Hall in Wright, Wyoming. In lieu of flowers donations can be sent to American Cancer Society or Campbell County Memorial Hospital Hospice for the Hospitality House and donations may be sent in care of the Walker Funeral Home, 410 Medical Arts Court, Gillette, WY 82716.
