Memorial services for Sue Fischer will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, June 4, 2008 at the Wright Baptist Church with Pastor Clay Alexander officiating. Gillette Memorial Chapel formerly Stevenson-Wilson Funeral Home is entrusted with arrangements.Miss Fischer, age 46, of Wright, Wyoming died on Saturday, May 31, 2008 in Wright, Wyoming.Raylene Sue Fischer was born June 24, 1961 to Bill and Evelyn (Merrill) Willenbrecht in Riverton, Wyoming. She attended grade school in Lander and graduated from high school in Steamboat Springs, Colorado where she continued to live until 1988 when she moved to Wright to be near her parents. Sue was married to Bud Fischer at Keyhole State Park on July 1, 1989. The couple were later divorced but remained friends and co-parented their daughters, two beautiful girls that she loved very much. Sue liked to garden and had a green thumb just like her great grand-mother. She liked camping and walking and enjoyed anything that had to do with being outdoors. She loved music and puppies. Sue is remembered by those who loved her as someone who tried to make things fun for everybody and her nickname was Suzy Sunshine. She brought a smile to everyone's face and when visiting with people wouldn't stop until she could make them smile. Sue wanted to make everyone happy but mostly she wanted her girls to be happy. Her spirit of community service was evident, volunteering at many community functions and local organizations. Her motto was live, laugh, love. Her daughters said that Sue's last day was very happy because she and her fianc had made plans to be married in the fall and he had just ordered their wedding rings.Sue is survived by her parents of Lander, Wyoming; daughters: Kendra and Colter of Wright, Wyoming; one brother, Mark Willenbrecht of Greeley, Colorado; two sisters: Kimberly Willenbrecht of Wright, Wyoming and Robin Dorr of Steamboat Springs, Colorado; grandmother, Lela Merrill of Riverton, Wyoming; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews including Adam Willenbrecht of Wright; her fianc, David Zogg of Los Alamos, New Mexico; Bud Fischer, father of Kendra and Colter of Wright, Wyoming; extended family left behind includes: Melissa and Josh Dodd, James Fischer, and Bud and Doris Fischer of Rapid City, South Dakota, special friends include Seth Rasmussen of Wright, Wyoming and her "third daughter" Jocelyn Dunkin who Sue both babysat and adored and many adored friends.Her daughter Kendra will be attending Sheridan College while Colter will be finishing high school in Wright.Memorials and condolences may be sent in Sue's name in care of Gillette Memorial Chapel, 210 W. 5th Street, Gillette, Wyoming 82716 or via the internet at www.stevensonwilson.com.
