A gathering of friends and family for Olive Loman will be held on Tuesday, June 3, 2008 from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm at the Gillette Memorial Chapel, formerly Stevenson-Wilson Funeral Home.Mrs. Loman, age 70, of Pine Haven, Wyoming, passed on to Heaven on Sat. May 31, 2008 at the Campbell County Memorial Hospital.Olive Virginia was born on January 5, 1938, the daughter of Elmer and Ellen (Doolittle) Sedam in Wichita, Kansas. She was raised and educated in Wichita. On February 16, 1953 Olive married Isaac Loman in Chickasha, Oklahoma. The couple made their home and started their family in Wichita until coming to Wyoming in 1960. First living in Casper and then moving to Gillette in the 1970?s. Olive?s primary focus was her family. She spent her days caring for her children and her husband. Isaac and Olive have lived in Pine Haven for the last twenty years. Olive loved fishing and hunting in Wyoming and she also enjoyed crocheting.Olive is survived by her loving husband of 55 years, Isaac of Pine Haven; her daughters: Dot Barr of Wichita, KS, Virginia Baldwin of Pine Haven, Mary Morain (her adopted daughter) of Wichita, Ks; her sons: Isaac Loman of Gillette and Mo Loman of Walsenberg, Colorado; grandkids: Dorothy, David, Marlene, Sonja, Bobby, James, Lonny, Dawn, Punkie, Sillena, Latisha, Josh and Tyler; 15 great-grandchildren; 4great-great-grandchildren; brother, Marian Sedam of Wichita, KS; numerous extended family members and 1 very best friend Donna Wyatt.She was preceded in death by her parents and 2 sisters: Margie and Margaret.
