Bobby Boyd

A memorial service for Bobby C. Boyd formerly of Floyd, Virginia will be held at a later date in Floyd, Virginia. Stevenson-Wilson Funeral Home was in charge of local arrangements.Bobby Boyd, age 65, of Recluse, Wyoming died on Friday, April 18, 2008 at the Wyoming Medical Center in Casper of natural causes.Bobby C. Boyd was born on November 18, 1942 the son of Clovis and Roxie (Gallimore) Boyd in Willis, Virginia. In 2005 the couple moved out west as a life long dream to build a cabin, which the couple did together. They enjoyed riding their ATV's.Bobby is survived by daughter, Michelle (Robert) Hanson; 2 grandchildren: Alexander and Samantha Hanson all of Richmond, Virginia; sister, Jean (John) Nunn of Roanoke, Virginia and brother, Kurbie (Joan) Boyd of Floyd, Virginia.He was preceded in death by his parents and wife, Carolyn Boyd in August of 2007.Memorials and condolences may be sent in care of Stevenson-Wilson Funeral Home, 210 W. 5th Street, Gillette, Wyoming 82716 or via the internet at www.stevensonwilson.com.
