Mass of Christian Burial for Delores Kelley will be held at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, February 26, 2008 at St. Matthew's Catholic Church with Father Philip Vaske officiating. Rite of Committal will follow in Mt. Pisgah Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 4:00-7:00 p.m., Monday, February 25, 2008 at Stevenson-Wilson Funeral Home with a rosary/vigil at 7:00 p.m.Mrs. Kelley, age 83, of Gillette, Wyoming died at Campbell County Memorial Hospital on Wednesday, February 20, 2008 of natural causes.Delores was born March 6, 1924 in Great Falls, Montana to John J. and Veronica M. Frieling. She married Orville Arlo Kelley March 8, 1944. They had 10 children: Charlotte "Beanner", Donald, Orville, Frances, Loralei, Hilda "Colleen", Yvonne, Bruce, Brian & Michelle. Which leads us to 4 wonderful daughters-in-law: Sherry Black Kelley, Donna Nold Kelley, Carmin Skow Kelley, and Lori Young Kelley, 6 wonderful sons-in-law: James Aasen, Richard Drube, Malcom Shepard, Larry Sanders, Clint Copping and Jack Edwards, but never ending with 31 grandchildren and 34 great grandchildren. Delores herself being from a family of 10 is survived by sisters: Lenore Steinbacher and Dorothy Stovall both of Fort Benton, Montana, Shirley Yirsa of Big Sandy, Montana, Phyllis Peterson of Tremonton, Utah, and 1 brother, Jim Frieling of Dutton, Montana. She and Orville farmed near Fort Benton, Montana, while working for the United States Postal service and obtaining her nursing license as an L.P.N. In 1970 the family moved to Gillette, Wyoming where they owned and operated several businesses. In 1977 Delores started working for the United States Post Office and retired at the age of 78 after 25 years of service. Delores was a loving wife, and excellent mother and a forever giving of herself grandmother. She truly lived to watch her grandkids play sports. When we had our family get togethers "Grandma Kelley" as she was known by many welcomed anyone and everyone. She loved the mountains fishing, the Game Show Channel and baseball in recent years.Delores was preceded in death by her father, John J. Frieling; mother, Veronica Frieling; brothers: Gene, George, Stanley "Bub", and sister, Margorie Seright; husband, Orville Kelley Sr.; daughter, Charlotte Aasen and great grandson, Kyle Marshall.
