Bill's father worked for the railroad, which required the family to live in Alliance, Nebraska, Sterling, Colorado and finally Gillette, Wyoming in 1992. Here Bill attended Campbell County High School where he participated in the Special Olympics, lettering in track and field events as well as basketball. Earning his Letterman's jacket was a great accomplishment for Bill, he was so proud to wear it. He was the #1 Camel fan, never missing any Camel games regardless of the sport. After his graduation in 1994 Bill continued playing basketball, participating in track and field events, along with bowling and throwing darts through the Gillette Masters Special Olympics. Bill worked for Wilkerson and Bremmer Law Office as a file clerk until their retirement. After thirteen years of service to them, he then began working for Collection Professionals where he was employed at the time of his death. Autism blessed Bill with an incredible gift of memory and love for data. He would study the World Almanac and record events and life's happenings in notebooks with out error or omission. He remembered the birthdates of everyone he had ever met. He knew the stats for all the sporting teams that he followed, whether it be the Gillette Camels or the Denver Bronco's, he knew every player, their stats and win - loss records. He loved to read and enjoyed weekly trips to the library. Bill was a kind soul and was incapable of disliking anyone. He touched countless members of the Gillette community and our lives will be left with a void because of it.Left to Share Billy's memory are his parents; brother, Benjamin Lloyd Kintner all of Gillette, Wyoming; maternal grandparents: Billy and Chieko Lang of Tuscon, Arizona; paternal grandmother Ombra Mae McKinley - Kintner of Peru, Indiana; Aunts: Cynthia Hendrix and Nancy Burns - Kealy both of Tucson Arizona; uncle, David Kintner of Galveston, Indiana; as well as numerous cousins and friends. He is preceded in death by his grandfather, Lloyd Irvin Kintner and brother, Christopher Erin Kintner.Memorials in Bill's name are suggested to the Gillette Masters Special Olympics.
