Judith Lewis

At her request, no services will be held for Judy Elaine Lewis, age 63, who died Wednesday, July 11, 2007 at Campbell County Memorial Hospital of cancer with family at her side. Cremation has taken place.She was born on November 15, 1943, in Lusk, Wyoming the daughter of Grant and Alice (Rose) Lund. Judy was raised and educated in Sheridan, Wyoming. She married John F. Lewis Jr. in Sheridan on April 15, 1971. The couple moved to Gillette, Wyoming in 1982. Judy worked at McDonalds for 10 years until her illness forced her to retire. Judy?s interest included camping, cooking, watching TV, and decorating the house on all holidays. Judy is survived by her husband, John Lewis of Gillette, Wyoming; daughter, Anna (Jeff) Legerski of Sheridan, Wyoming; 2 sons; Jim Lund of Jackson, Wyoming and John Lund of Gillette, Wyoming; 2 brothers: David Lund of Gillette, Wyoming and Dan Lund of Michigan; 8 grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.She was preceded in death by her parents, daughter, Dawn, brothers: Robert and Loren and sister, Mary Anne Ottgen.Memorials and condolences may be sent in Judy?s name in care of Stevenson-Wilson Funeral Home, 210 W. 5th Street, Gillette, Wyoming 82716 or via the internet at www.stevensonwilson.com.
