Funeral services for Ronald Rankin will be held at 3:00 p.m., on Sunday, June 10, 2007 at Stevenson-Wilson Funeral Home, with Pastor Sonja Brucklacher of the Prince of Peace Lutheran Church officiating. Ronald?s family will be at the funeral home one hour prior to the services to greet friends and acquaintances. Inurnment will be in the Riverview Cemetery in Streator, Illinois on Thursday, June 14, 2007.Ron Rankin, age 55, of Gillette, Wyoming died on Wednesday, June 6, 2007 at his home in Gillette due to heart complications.Ronald Daniel Rankin was born on May 9, 1952 in Streator, Illinois the son of Earl Sr. and Anna (Worrells) Rankin. He was raised and educated in Streator. Ron has lived in Gillette, Wyoming on and off for 25 years, with his last 6 years living here permanently.Ron is survived by three sisters: Deborah Romero, Sharon Vanda, and Ruth Handzus all of Streator, Illinois; brother, Earl Rankin of Gillette, Wyoming, and several nieces and nephews.He was preceded in death by his parent and one brother, Ralph.Memorials and condolences may be sent in Ron?s name in care of Stevenson-Wilson Funeral Home, 210 W.
