Funeral services for Spenser Michael Fisher will be held at 2:00 pm Friday, August 25, 2006 at the Prince of Peace Lutheran Church with Pastor Sonja Brucklacher officiating. A visitation will be held from 3:00-7:00 pm Thursday, August 24, 2006 at Stevenson-Wilson Funeral Home. Spenser Fisher, age 10, of Gillette, Wyoming died on Saturday, August 19, 2006 in a 4- wheeler accident in the Big Horn Mountains. Spenser was born on April 11, 1996 the son of Jerry and Sara (Hoyer) Fisher in Gillette, Wyoming. Spenser attended school at Lakeview Elementary School in Gillette. He was an avid wrestler with the Camel Kids Wrestling Club for 4 years; he also played Jr. Football with the Redskins and Panthers teams. He played baseball since he was 3 years old and was a two time Little League All-Star on the Gillette National 9-10 year old team Spenser loved riding motorcycles and 4 wheelers where ever and when ever he could. He loved being outside no mater if it was in the mountains or in town venturing around. Spenser enjoyed spending time with his older brother, Jonathan no matter what they were doing. He also had a mind of his own and was afraid of nothing. Everyone knew that Spenser marched to his own drum, and lived his life without a care in the world. He was very excited to go with his dad hunting on horseback in the Teton Mountains. Spenser was a huge Pittsburgh Steelers fan. One of his greatest highlights was sitting in the 4th row of the AFC Championship game with his dad this year when the Steelers beat the Bronco?s. Spenser was loved and will be greatly missed by his family and friends.Spenser is survived by his parents, brother; Jonathan, all of Gillette, Wyoming, grandparents; Jim and Judy Fisher of Great Falls, Montana, Charleen Hoyer of Gildford, Montana, great grandpa; Ken Mees of Cody, Wyoming, uncle; Jeff (Richelle) Fisher of Marysville, Washington, aunt; Kenna Hoyer of Seattle, Washington, 2 cousins: Marti and Trevor Fisher of Marysville, Washington, home away from home family; Kevin, Shelley, DJ, Renae and Katie Rehbein all of Gillette, Wyoming.He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Thomas Hoyer, great grandpa, Ray who shared a birth date with Spenser and great grandma Inga.Memorials and condolences may be sent in Spenser?s name to Stevenson-Wilson Funeral Home 210 W. 5th Street, Gillette, Wyoming 82716 or via the internet at www.stevensonwilson.com.
