Brady A Hertel

Brady Allen Hertel passed away peacefully to heaven at his home, with his loving family by his side on January 1, 2024. Brady was born December 11, 1987. Brady was funny and mischievous, and had an infectious laugh. He loved riding motorcycles and lawn mowers with his dad. He was always ready to go, no matter the destination. His favorite hobbies and activities included bowling, fishing, drawing, camping, blowing kisses, laughing with his friends, and kissing and drawing hair on his baby dolls. Brady loved his dogs and they always liked to snuggle up next to him on the couch. Brady also enjoyed frequenting Sage Valley Junior High School and Thunder Basin High School to support Andrea and Kaitlynn’s sporting events and band concerts.  

Brady is survived by his father, Danny Hertel; mother, Brenda Jo Brown; brothers, Brandon (Devanie) and Derrick (Jen); beloved long-term caretaker, Tamara Blesi, whom he called mom; bonus sisters, Andrea and Kaitlynn Pearson; bonus grandmother, Cheryl Eckard; grandmother Bernice Hertel; numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. He is preceded in death by his grandfather, Willie Hertel; grandparents, Allen “Peewee” and Letha Brown; and uncle, Gaylen Hertel.

Memorial services for Brady will be held at 11:00 am, Saturday, January 13, 2024 at Walker Funeral Home. Memorials and condolences may be sent in Brady’s name in care of Gillette Memorial Chapel, 210 West 5^th Street, Gillette, WY 82716.
