Visitation will take place from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Thursday, September 26, 2019 at Walker Funeral Home. On September 19, 2019 Carrie Virgil, loving wife, hero and Mom of three, and Nana of five; unexpectedly went to be with Jesus. Carrie was born on July 19, 1967 in Columbia City, Indiana. She loved life, she was a nurturer and caregiver by nature, and love and lived passionately. So, it only made sense that once her babies were grown, she became an Oncology Nurse at CCMH and continued taking care of people. Her greatest passion in life was spending time with her family. Especially her grand-babies, they were the light of her life. We know she is sitting in heaven playing with her first grand baby who was too beautiful for earth. Carrie is survived by her loving husband, Eddie; her amazing children, Ryan and daughter-in-law, Brittany; Sarah and son-in-law, John Herman; Emily and son-in-law Alex Guicho; her five beautiful grandbabies, Londyn, Jhett, Jewls, Mariana, and Desmond; her parents, Curt and Kay Sundstrom, her brother, Tedd Orcutt and wife Teresa; her sister-in-laws, Joan Tanner and Kimberly Brashear, and many beloved nieces, nephews, and other family members. Memorials may be made in Carrie’s name to benefit Close to Home Hospice House, Carrie adored the work they did, and continue to do. Memorials and condolences may also be sent in care of Walker Funeral Home 410 Medical Arts Court, Gillette, WY 82716. Condolences may also be expressed at www.walkerfuneralgillette.com
