She is survived by her daughter, Shoshauna Blanchard, 3 granddaughters, Joey Woodle, Kailey Woodle, Riley Blanchard, and 1 great-granddaughter, Anevay Barbula, all of Gillette, WY, 3 brothers, Randy Morris, Kevin Morris of Gillette, WY and Kim Morris of Seattle, WA, 3 sisters, Tina Allen of Las Vegas, NV, Lisa Morris of Venice, FL, and Stacey Rook of Gillette, WY. She is preceded in death by her husband Willie Bowen, her parents, Delmar and Delores Morris, 1 sister Vicky Harness, and 3 brothers, Rick Morris, Rocky Morris, and Steve Morris. Cindy went through many different and difficult times throughout her life, but she always overcame them. She had a zest for live and loved having a good times. She lived hard, but loved harder. She always had a smile on her face and wanted to make sure you did too. No matter what her circumstances may have been, she would give you the shirt off her back if you needed it more. She was the owner and operator of Road Runner taxi services, which she was very proud of, for the last 4 years. But nothing made her happier in life than her family, her daughter, granddaughters, and her great-granddaughter. Watching them grow into beautiful young women was her biggest joy. She loved being around them, whether it was camping at the lake, or a holiday get together, she loved it. Cindy was very loving person and it was hard to be around her and not smile or laugh, as she had a contagious laugh and could make anyone smile. Though it is hard to say goodbye, it was an honor to have known Cindy either call her mom, sister, grandma, or friend. She will be missed by many. One of Cindy’s wishes during her last few days would be that her life be celebrated and for everyone to remember the good times. Please don’t mourn for Cindy because she would not want that. Instead just know that she will always be watching over us.
