Clifford Andrew Kirk

Clifford Andrew Kirk, a beloved father, friend, and grandfather, passed away on October 29, 2023, in Gillette, Wyoming from cancer. He was born on June 9, 1969, in Casper, Wyoming. Andy's departure has left a void in the lives of all who knew him.

Andy's career was spent at First National Bank in Gillette as a maintenance man. His dedication and hard work were evident in everything he did. Colleagues remember him as a reliable and trustworthy individual who always went above and beyond to ensure that everything was in order.

Outside of work, Andy had numerous hobbies and interests that brought him joy. He loved to read and would often immerse himself in books to escape into different worlds. Woodworking was another passion of his. His craftsmanship was impeccable, and he took great pride in creating beautiful pieces with his own hands.

One of Andy's fondest memories involved going to the cabin with his children and playing hide and seek on the 4-wheelers. These cherished moments highlighted his playful nature and the unbreakable bond he shared with his children. Andy's children will always carry these memories close to their hearts.

Andy was not only an incredible father but also a beloved grandfather. Spending time with family and friends brought him immense joy. He cherished every moment spent with his grandchildren and took every opportunity to shower them with love and affection.

Described as very sarcastic, Andy had an uncanny ability to make people laugh even during the most challenging times. His witty remarks would brighten up any room, leaving those around him in stitches of laughter. He had a unique talent for finding humor in everyday life.

Educationally, Andy graduated from Campbell County High School in 1987. He was passionate about music and played in the high school band—an experience that cultivated his love for melody and rhythm.

Andy's service, a Celebration of Life, will be held on November 10, 2023, at the Gillette Memorial Chapel located at 210 West Fifth St, Gillette, Wyoming. The ceremony will commence at 4:00 PM and will be a time for friends and family to come together to honor and remember Andy's remarkable life.

Andy is survived by his children Bryce Kirk and Nichelle Rinkenberger. His legacy lives on through them and the lessons he imparted during his time on earth. He is also survived by his brother Chris Kirk and five grandchildren who will carry his memory with them always. Preceded in death by his parent Clifford and Geraldine (Anselmi) Kirk and son, Ben Butler and nephew, Kyle Kirk.

In this time of mourning, let us remember Clifford Andrew Kirk for the joy he brought into our lives, his unwavering love for his family, and the laughter that filled our hearts.
