Cynthia Jane Borchgrevink

Memorial service for Cindy Borchgrevink will be held at 3:00 p.m., Saturday, July 16, 2022 at Holy Trinity Episcopal Church. Cynthia J. (Clear) Borchgrevink passed away on Sunday, July 3, 2022 in Gillette, WY. Cynthia was born on February 27, 1957 in Riverton, WY to John and Collen Clear. She met and married Larry Borchgrevink in 1978. Cindy graduated from Eastern Montana College with a BS BA. After college she and Larry moved back to Riverton and had two children, Jason and Erin. The family moved to Gillette, WY in 1996; where she worked for the school district, and she retired from Westwood High School. Cindy also owned and operated Wyoga Studio for 15 years. She taught yoga, swimming lessons, aerobics, CPR and lifeguard training. She is preceded in death by her father, John Clear. She is survived by her husband, Larry; her children, Jason Borchgrevink and Erin Cundy; five grandchildren, Hans and Alexis Borchgrevink, Hayle, Abel and Silas Cundy. She is also survived by her mother, Colleen Clear, aunt, Jane Collier, sisters, Suzan Shatza and Stacey Clear; bother, Craig Clear; also numerous nieces and nephews. She loved helping and working with people. In lieu of flowers memorials are requested to be made to PEO Gillette Chapter Scholarship Fund in honor of Cindy.
