Deloris Rouse passed away, September 25, 2024, while surrounded by family, at the age of 69 due to heart complications.

Delores Rouse was born in Pineville Kentucky on July 23, 1955, to Frances Avery Rouse and Ruby Mae Harness. She was the second of 3 children. As a child she moved between Kentucky and Michigan, but always longed to return to the hills and hollers of Kentucky. She worked in the medical field, electrical field and a few of her own business endeavors. Although, she ultimately chose to stay home to raise her family.

She moved her family to Wyoming in 1991 in search of a better life. She was very much a family-oriented person and her greatest accomplishment in life, was her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was an avid reader and loved to garden. Her hobbies included collecting butterflies, chimes and cooking for her family. She loved trying out new recipes. She adored family celebrations and holiday’s where she was surrounded by loved ones. She was “Mom” to most and “Granny” to the rest. She was an incredible woman who created a family legacy that will be carried on for many generations.

She was preceded in death by her mother, father, sister and her son, Lester Phillips Tindell. She is survived by her brother, Phillip Rouse of Douglas; her oldest daughter, Tammy Lange of Gillette; her sons. James Yates Jr. of North Carolina and Adam (Kristy) Tindell of Gillette; and her daughters, Billie (Rick) Howell of Gillette and Bobbie Tindell of Kansas; her grandchildren, Kevin Lange, Hugo Hernandez, Jr., Ryan Tindell, Stormi Simerson, Alexandra Hernandez, JoAnna Henderson, Blaize Shaw, Johnathan Tindell, Caitlyn Milligan, Ryan Milligan, Nathan Pippin, John Milligan, Serena Yates, Zane Yates and Alicia Tindell; her great- grandchildren Araia Shaw, Julianna Hernandez, Cysen Ward, Josiah Kebert, Talyn Shaw, Christina Kebert, Kaston Lange, Nora Shaw, Amelia Hernandez, Kia Simerson, Sofia Henderson, Lilith Kebert, Baby Boy Hernandez (due Oct 2024) and numerous nieces and nephews.
