Mass of Christian Burial for Gonzalo Moreno Ramos will be held at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, August 31, 2017 at St. Matthew’s Catholic Church with Father Cliff Jacobson officiating. Visitation will be held at Wednesday, August 30, 2017 at St. Matthew’s Catholic from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., Vigil to follow at 6:00 p.m. Gonzalo Moreno Ramos age 59, passed away on Friday, August 25, 2017 at Campbell County Memorial Hospital from a heart attack. Gonzalo was born on August 13, 1958 in Cerritos, San Luis Potos, Mexico to Irene Ramos Martinez and Gonzalo Moreno Barrientos. He grew up in a large family of eight children. Graduating from high school and going on to attend college to get his Associates Degree in Mexico. Gonzalo worked as a Forest Ranger and was a Heavy Equipment Operator at the time of his passing. He married Bersabé Ayala Varela on February 26, 1983 in Chihuahua, Mexico. The couple raised three children together. The family moved to Gillette, WY in 1997. Gonzalo enjoyed fishing, and playing chess and cards with his family. He enjoyed soccer in his youth and still cheered for Chivas his favorite team. Gonzalo was a great man, husband, father, grandfather and friend and will be missed by all those who love him. Gonzalo is survived by his wife of 34 years; Bersabé Ayala Moreno, sons; Gonzalo Ivan Moreno Ayala, Carlos Alberto Moreno Ayala, and Daniel Eduardo Moreno Ayala, his mother; Irene Ramos Martinez, four grandchildren, his brothers and sisters, numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins. He is preceded in death by his father; Gonzalo Moreno Barrientos and infant brother.
