Memorial service for Haleigh Martinez will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, February 14, 2025 at Gillette Memorial Chapel with Father Mark Kusmirek officiating. Haleigh Marie Meyers Martinez age 33, of Gillette passed away at Campbell County Health on Monday, January 20, 2025.
It is with great sadness that the family of Haleigh Marie Myers Martinez, age 33, lifelong resident of Gillette, lost her life on January 20, 2025. Haleigh was born to Sal Martinez and Jennifer (Myers) Hackett on November 12, 1991, in Buffalo, Wyo. She was and will always be the apple of their eye. As a young child, Haleigh was actively involved in many activities around the city, dance and soccer were her favorites. She was always surrounded by family and friends. Haleigh loved life and left an enormous impact on everyone she met, she always had a smile on her beautiful face, an upbeat attitude and a crazy sense of humor.
There are so many ways that we could use to describe her: stubborn to a fault, stunningly beautiful, true believer in faith, smart, dedicated, opinionated, a dreamer, but I would have to say one true quality would be charismatic.
In September 2017, Haleigh and Brandon welcomed their first son, at that point she knew what her life’s dream was to be “A Mother”. And boy was she, every day was dedicated to loving and raising her children. She loved, cheered and worked tirelessly every day to make their lives full of love. The role of Motherhood completed her life which brought her so much joy.
Haleigh, leaves behind 3 young boys, Drayson, Aiden and Cylus. Her mother Jennifer, her partner Brandon Novotny, and brother Vincent all of Gillette, many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and so many friends. She was preceded in death by her father, Salvador “Sal” Martinez, Jr., paternal grandparents, Shorty and Josphine Martinez, maternal grandparents, Donald & Agusta “Gus” (Fink) Myers, aunts, uncles, and cousins. Haleigh is at peace with family, friends and her maker, but has left a hole in the hearts of those who loved her.
She will truly be missed by all who had the opportunity of being in her life.
