Jean Ann Mansur

Jean Ann Mansur, a seventy-one year resident of northeast Wyoming, passed away on Monday, October 16, 2023, at the Primrose Retirement Community in Gillette, Wyoming.

Jean, born on May 14, 1929, was raised and educated in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The daughter of Loren and Ernestine Thompson, she had one brother, Lowell.

In September of 1950, she married Robert Mansur, also of Minneapolis. In 1952, a seventy-plus year Wyoming residency would begin upon relocating to Gillette. With Robert's passing in June of 2017, their upcoming wedding anniversary would have marked sixty-seven years of marriage.

She is preceded in death by her parents and survived by her brother, Lowell; sons, Bruce (Gloria), Steve (Cathy), Glenn, David (Raeann), Richard (Maria); and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Jean was a devoted, caring wife and mother who will be forever loved and missed by all that had the pleasure of knowing her. The family would like to thank the staff of Primrose for the compassionate care during Jean's occupancy. A private memorial service for family is pending.
