Funeral service for Kimm Stilwell will be held at 1:00 p.m., Friday, November 10, 2017 at Walker Funeral Home with Pastor Steve McCarthy officiating; interment to follow at Mt. Pisgah Cemetery. Kimm Kay Stilwell was born October 9, 1956 in Hot Springs, SD. Kimm fought hard but lost her short battle to cancer on November 3rd, 2017 in Johnstown, CO surrounded by her family. Her parents were Everett “Punch” & Patricia Morsett. Kimm first grew up in Hauber Mine, WY later moving to Gillette, WY where she spent the rest of her life. She married the love of her life Wayne on January 4th 1974 in Deadwood, SD. Early on Kimm was very passionate about YABA bowling program at Frontier Lanes. Kimm enjoyed her crafts. She loved to sew, plastic canvas, ceramics and crochet. She always said “you can kick my kids and my pets, but don’t touch my plants!” She later loved spending time with her TOPS family and crafting at the senior center. Kimm’s most important piece of life was her family. She had 3 children and 13 grandchildren. She was the rock to their family and always put herself last. Kimm is survived by her husband Wayne, her 3 children Jason (Michelle), Tonya and Joe (Heidi), her 13 grandchildren Michael, Hayden, Shantell, Caden, Kylee, Joie, Patyn, Allee, Ashtyn, Paxtyn, Traivyn, Kasen, Prestyn and Alexys, 2 Great grandchildren Aleigha and Tegen, her brother Jimmy and several aunts, uncles nieces and nephews. She is proceeded in death by her mom Patricia, her sister Tammy and her aunt Jackie. A memorial has been established to benefit the Senior Center.
