Lilliah Elaine Boese

Lilliah (Lila) Boese 85, passed away December 22, 2023 in Gillette, Wy.

Lila was born August 24, 1938 in Richey, MT, the daughter of Alex and Verona (Babb) Milne.  Lila was one of six children. She attended school in Glendive, MT.

On December 31, 1958 Lila married the love of her life, (LeRoy) Dean Boese.

They moved multiple times in MT and ND for Dean’s job with Haliburton.  In 1960 their first daughter, Tammie, was born.  Terra was born in 1965.

In 1970 they moved to Gillette, Wy.

Lila enjoyed going hunting with Dean, yard work, crafts, raising their daughters, and enjoying time with their grandkids and great-grandkids.

Lila is survived by husband, Dean; daughters, Tammie Paxton and Terra White; grandchildren, Chrystal Knigge, Zakary White, and Jakob White; great-grandchildren, Quinton Johnson and Devereaux Johnson; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her dad and mom, Alex & Verona Milne; sisters, Beverly, Edith, and Linda; and multiple aunts and uncles.

A celebration of life will be held in the Spring 2024.
