Mark Wade Hood

Mark passed in the early morning hours of Wednesday, October 11, 2023, at his care facility in Gillette at the age of 66.  He will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by all who know and love him. Mark Wade Hood was born September 9, 1957 in Lindsey CA to Hayden Hood and Della May Hodge. He attended Porterville High School in Porterville CA. Mark grew up in Porterville, CA and moved to Gillette, WY in 2015 to be closer to his kids and grandkids. He leaves behind his daughter, Ashley Hood of Porterville, CA; son, Mark Hood of Gillette WY; daughter, Candise Beyl and son-in-law, Ryan Beyl of Gillette, WY; and brother, Rusty Hood of Cortez, CO. He is preceded in death by both of his parents, his brother Rocky Hood, his grandson Tristan Giddens and granddaughter Madison Giddens.
