Memorial service for Michelle Marie James will be at 2:00 p.m. Friday, April 27, 2018 at Gillette Memorial Chapel in Gillette, Wyoming with Chaplain Donny Edwards officiating. Michelle, age24 passed away on April 18, 2018 at Rapid City Regional Hospital in Rapid City, South Dakota from complications of pneumonia . Michelle Marie James was born on July 12, 1993 to Tommy & Monika (Schaub) James in Denver, Colorado Michelle resided in Gillette her entire life and attended school in Campbell County K-12 and graduating in 2012 from Campbell County High School. Her hobbies were being a social butterfly on Facebook, texting friends, arts and crafts, bowling, shopping, and baseball. Michelle loved hanging out with her niece and nephews, getting her nails done, helping people, special Olympics darts, car shows, and cruising in old cars. She volunteered in medical records at Campbell County Memorial Hospital. Michelle is survived by her parents, Tommy and Monika James; sisters, Melanie (Tyler) Buchman; Christina James; nephews, Hayden Shobe; Tayvin Buchman; niece, Madelyn Buchman; grandmother, Millie Hudson; her maternal grandparents, Herman and Asta Schaub, many aunts, uncles and cousins. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, JL and Opal James and cousin, Jennifer Schaub.
